For All Mankind Season 4 Review: Alternative History Show’s Future Is In Safe Hands
Apple TV+’s alternative history drama For All Mankind returns for season 4, bringing us closer to the present day as the show’s timeline enters the 21st century. Created by Ben Nedivi, Matt Wolpert, and Ronald D. Moore, the science fiction series has spent three seasons exploring how human history would have changed drastically if the Russians had beat America to the Moon. Now, in For All Mankind season 4, they tackle the early 21st century, depicting the post-9/11 world of 2003. However, in this timeline, there has been no devastating attack on the World Trade Center, no war in Iraq, and many of the nations of Earth seem more united than ever. But that doesn’t mean that For All Mankind season 4 is without the compelling political drama and thrilling action sequences of its predecessors.
