Solo: A Star Wars Story‘s Alden Ehrenreich and Bridgerton‘s Phoebe Dynevor are a young couple in crisis in the new trailer for Netflix’s corporate thriller Fair Play. A surprise selection to play a younger, greener Han Solo in 2018’s standalone film, Ehrenreich unfortunately became a main antagonist in the negative narrative that grew up around Disney’s Solo. After the big-budget film notoriously underperformed at the box office, and he came to be seen as one of the film’s biggest problems, Ehrenreich disappeared from screens for five years. But 2023 has seen an Ehrenreich renaissance, as the actor has appeared in both Cocaine Bear and Oppenheimer.
