It’s no secret that Dune 2 has to navigate a huge casting issue, but one fan theory may have solved the sequel’s potential problem. By and large, director Denis Villeneuve has assembled an impressive cast of characters for the Dune movie franchise. Led by Timothée Chalamet, who plays protagonist Paul Atreides, the first film’s ensemble includes Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, and Oscar Isaac, to name a few performers.
