Director Of New Apple TV+ Horror Series Responds To Negative Reviews

Jonathan van Tulleken, a director of the new Apple TV+ series The Changeling, gives his honest take on the show’s negative and generally divided response. An adaptation of Victor LaValle’s novel of the same name, The Changeling stars Atlanta alum LaKeith Stanfield and Clark Backo (Letterkenny). It tells the story of Stanfield’s character, Apollo, as he goes in search of his wife after she does a horrific and seemingly inexplicable act after the birth of their first child. Consisting of eight episodes, and developed by Venom writer Kelly Marcel, the show has garnered a sharply divided response.
