One of Cyberpunk 2077‘s skills may be passively preventing players from realizing their true potential in Night City, but the Phantom Liberty DLC and its accompanying base game update have the chance to fix this frustrating issue, once and for all. Of course, the upcoming expansion will include a heaping share of fresh narrative content, sending V to a new location named Dogtown in order to save the President of the NUSA in a high-stakes, spy-thriller adventure.
