The CEO and co-founder of The Agency is Mauricio Umansky. Husband of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards is a well-known face on reality TV. The Umansky family has been a part of RHOBH for the entire run of the series. Mauricio’s global real estate brokerage launched in 2011 and has two of Kyle’s four daughters working there: Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky.
