Avatar 3 Now Has The Strangest Underwater Movie Competition

James Cameron’s Avatar 3 is set to release at the end of 2025, but now the sequel has some tough competition, and interestingly enough it’s from another movie set underwater. Avatar was a massive success in 2009, and over a decade later, Cameron began releasing sequels with a plan for five installments in total. Cameron is something of a king when it comes to the box office, as three of the top four films on the list of highest-grossing movies of all time are his creations, including the first two Avatar movies.
