Avatar 2’s Long Delay Allowed Its Stars To Unwittingly Prepare For Their Performances

The long wait for the release of Avatar: The Way of Water proved surprisingly useful for the movie’s critical and commercial success, in part because of what that delay gave stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldaña in terms of personal experience. The second Avatar movie was released 13 years after the release of the original blockbuster masterpiece.
