Ahsoka’s Disney Plus TV Show Marks Three Firsts For Star Wars (Even Before The Show’s Come Out)

Ahsoka Tano is making history with the new Disney+ series Ahsoka, becoming the first Star Wars character in three completely different categories. Ahsoka made her debut in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan. Over the course of the show, Ahsoka grew into a talented fighter, eventually using Anakin’s training to survive Darth Sidious’ attempt to purge the Jedi through Order 66. She was brought back in the subsequent Star Wars Rebels series as the rebel informant known as “Fulcrum.” Needless to say, Ahsoka quickly became a fan-favorite character despite only ever playing a supporting role.
