Ezra was last seen at the liberation of Lothal in Star Wars Rebels before he disappeared with Grand Admiral Thrawn, aided by the hyperspace-traveling purrgil. He was presumed dead until whispers of Thrawn’s return made their way to Ahsoka, which implies Ezra’s survival as well.
