4 Parts Of George Lucas’ Forgotten Star Wars Movie That Are Still Canon
One of George Lucas’s forgotten Star Wars movies may have been partially brought into the current canon by a recent anthology book. 2023’s From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi celebrates the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi with 40 short stories, each centering on a different Star Wars character during the events of the movie. Wicket’s story – “One Normal Day,” by Mary Kenney – clearly references the events of an obscure Star Wars spin-off movie from the Legends continuity, implying that similar events occur in the current canon. Certain details, however, imply that there are major differences between what occurred in Legends and the current canon.
