Most big franchises drum up a lot of marketing around their upcoming releases, but some of the biggest sequels to popular franchises are expected to be released in theaters between 2024 and 2025 but remain under the radar. Typically, studios tend to avoid spending time and money on marketing too far in advance of a new release. Seeing a trailer for a movie that isn’t due in theaters for a couple of years isn’t effective for selling tickets or building steady excitement.
