Lagos Government Shuts Nine Hotels, Company Over Noise Pollution, Other Environmental Violations
The Lagos State Government, through the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), has closed down nine hotels and one company for environmental infractions, including noise pollution.
LASEPA officials took decisive action to safeguard the environment, sealing establishments such as Fabtol Hotel & Suites, Lustet Hotel, Emery Hotel, CF Hotel & Suites, Trending Place Hotel, Tomakan Nigeria Limited, Witsspring Suites, Sikkyrolex Hotel, Million Dollar lmperial Hotel, and Kidzmall and Lounge 14A, located in various parts of lsolo and Gbagada in Lagos State.
The measures aim to address instances of noise pollution and other environmental violations.
Previously, LASEPA sealed churches, event centers, and establishments in different areas of the state, emphasizing the commitment to combat noise pollution and ensure environmental compliance.
