Nigerian music sensation, Reekado Banks pens emotional note of support to colleague , WizKid as he shares in his grief following the death of his mother.

WizKid has continued to mourn the loss of his mother who died in August 2023, and recently, he expressed that since his mother left him, he hasn’t been himself.

Reekado Banks, via his Instagram page revealed that he understands what WizKid is going through because he lost his own mother in September 2022 and things haven’t been the same since then.

“I feel my bro Wiz!! I’ve been there since September 2022, when I lost my mum. Many don’t understand the struggle; but soldier man gats keep showing up like nothing happened.
