HONESTLY!!!! “People No Longer Go to Farm” – Aisha Yesufu Tackles Edo Government
Renowned socio-political activist and Labour Party chieftain, Aisha Yesufu, criticized Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki, accusing him of inadequately addressing the escalating security crisis in the state.
Aisha expressed her concerns on X on Thursday in response to the recent killing of a female farmer in Edo State.
She lamented that women in Etsako West now fear farming due to the prevalent threat of rape and murder by assailants.
Aisha Yesufu further accused the state government of being engrossed in policies that are only comprehensible to experts.
The post on Twitter reads,
“Most of the women in Etsako West no longer go to farms for fear of being raped or killed. Abductions on the farms are on the high.”
“Men that now go to farms face abduction yet the Edo State Government is busy on policies that can be deciphered by experts.”
