Verydarkman, a social media activist has sparked a discussion on social media as he compiled a list of the greatest Nollywood actors and actresses of all time.

The controversial Tiktoker listed his top Nollywood actors and actresses in a series of posts on his Instagram page.

His post were made in three sections; one for veterans, one for the younger generation, and a category for the finest of all time.

VeryDarkMan named renowned actor Jim Iyke as the greatest actor in the Nigerian movie industry. Sam Dede came in second, closely followed by Yul Edochie and Yoruba actor Odunlade Adekola in third.

In the female category, he named Mercy Johnson as the greatest actress in Nollywood history, followed by Nse Npe Etim, followed by Tonto Dikeh, Silvanus Nkiru, Chioma Akpotha, Funke Akindele among others.
