The federal government has earlier announced through the Presidential Task Force that all schools in the country should resume on the 18th of January 2021. However some states has disregarded this directive as some are set to resume before the stipulated date.
Below are list of state that has announced the dates for school resumption.
Lagos, Kogi, Benue, Anambra, Abuja, Plateau, Bauchi, Yobe, Ekiti, Ogun, Ebonyi and Kwara(for Nusery, Primary and Secondary Schools) are set to resume on 18th of January 2021.
Akwa-Ibom, Nasarawa, Rivers, Zamfara and Ebonyi (for Tertiary institutions) have announced resumption dates of schools to be 4th January 2021.
Abia, Bayelsa, Delta and Kwara (for Tertiary institutions) are set to resume on January 11th 2021.
N.B: Osun state has announced that all schools will remain closed till further notice.
If your state is not listed above do not worry, as not all states have announced their schools resumption dates and dates will be communicated as soon as it is released.
All borders are to resume a day before the resumption date of their respective states.
University students should note that unless stated otherwise, Tertiary institution are not among the the schools set to resume.
