AMAZING!!!!Gov Aiyedatiwa Disburses N30 Million To Widows In Ondo

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has provided N30 million in micro-credit revolving loans to 66 widows of fallen heroes during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day.

The governor expressed his intention to support the businesses of these women, who have become the breadwinners for their families after the loss of their husbands.

The cheques were presented to the widows at the Cenotaph in Alagbaka, Akure, with the governor emphasizing that the loans carry zero interest.

Aiyedatiwa highlighted that this initiative aims to ease the economic challenges faced by the widows by ensuring a burden-free repayment process.

In his words;

“It is the plan of our administration to continually put smiles on the faces of the widows and children of the fallen heroes. We, therefore, crave your understanding and support to make it sustainable.”

“As we round off this year’s celebration, I want to seize this opportunity to commend the efforts of all stakeholders, both military and civilian, who have devoted their time and resources to collaborate and make today’s event a reality.”
