When Puss in Boots: The Last Wish was released earlier in 2023, it was met with a lot of praise, which was a surprise to film fans. Dreamworks have been sort of hit-or-miss with many of their movies, and people certainly weren’t expecting the sequel to a Shrek spin-off to be worth a trip to the theater.
