The Lands Between teaches Elden Ring players valuable lessons, provides countless opportunities for gratifying exploration and combat, and is chock-full of surprises, but it might be best for FromSoftware to take a step back from the open-world structure with the upcoming Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
