Obtainable exclusively through the Port-A-Diner, the Perfectly Preserved Pie is a consumable from Fallout 4 that players either instantly get lucky with, continue to spam the Port-A-Diner machine until it drops, or occasionally try their luck when taking a break from their adventures in the Commonwealth. While Fallout 4 has plenty of rare weapons for Sole Survivors to gather, getting their hands on a Perfectly Preserved Pie is more of a status symbol or rite-of-passage, depending on how Fallout 4 fans look at it.
