Destiny 2 Confirms Return of Cayde-6 for The Final Shape DLC

The death of Cayde-6 hit the Destiny 2 community hard and has left a hole among the game’s cast which is still vacant, but this looks to change when the Hunter Vanguard makes his grand return in the game’s next expansion, The Final Shape. The game’s next expansion will mark the end of The Light and Darkness Saga, with Guardians and The Witness facing off in one final battle to determine the fate of the universe. It appears Cayde-6 will be returning, though not as a Guardian, to help his former comrades-in-arms in this climactic battle a decade in the making.
