Alfira is a fan-favorite character in Baldur’s Gate 3 who is destined to die at the hands of the Dark Urge when she decides to join the party on their travels. This has caused those who don’t want Alfira dying in their playthrough to avoid playing as the Dark Urge altogether. Alfira appears in all 3 acts and is also tied to the trophy Leave No One Behind in which players must save every Tiefling in the game, apart from the characters that are pre-determined to die such as Kanon.
